Patricia Urbanovsky faces three counts of theft by deception for writing bad checks to her own employees. Her company, Creative Creations sold thousands of $150 travel vouchers for Southwest Airlines. The Better Business Bureau received 1500 complaints about the vouchers being useless which totalled more than $1.3 million in losses.
