Nuckols Place VFI LC bought about 15 acres at Nuckols and Twin Hickory Roads in western Henrico County for the development of a 90,000-square-foot shopping center to be known as NuckolsPlace. Ukrops Super Markets Inc. sold the land for $8.1 million.
