it said.<\/p>\n<p>Reinstated they may be, but Ian Rapoport of NFL network and NFL.com reported that the two are prohibited from handling footballs.<\/p>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Jastremski is prohibited from handling footballs &amp;
