McNabb, 38, told officers he had just left a sports bar and was driving to his Phoenix area home. A police report stated that McNabb's vehicle rear-ended a car driven by the wife of a Gila River tribal police officer and that McNabb appeared to be impaired. McNabb served a day in jail in April 2014 after pleading guilty in another DUI case resulting from a Dec. 15, 2013, arrest in the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community east of Phoenix. Federated States of Micronesia, ranked 200 in the world by FIFA, had previously been beaten 38-0 by Fiji and 31-0 by Tahiti -- conceding 115 goals in three pool matches. The Pacific Games tournament is for under-23 teams, so Vanuatu's score will not stand as a world record for full international matches.
