She died of a heart attack on June 22. He died of respiratory failure on June 28. (<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/news\/jack-carter-dead-comedian-dies-805852\">THR<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Katherine Chappell (1985-2015) <\/strong>&#8211; Visual Effects Editor. She worked on <em>Captain America: The Winter Soldier<\/em>, <em>Divergent<\/em>, <em>Noah<\/em>, <em>Godzilla <\/em>and the TV series <em>Game of Thrones<\/em>. She died after being attacked by a lion while on vacation at a wildlife preserve on June 1. He died on June 10. He also appears in <em>Last Action Hero<\/em>, <em>Spaceballs<\/em>, <em>The Hunt for Red October<\/em>, <em>Scary Movie<\/em>, <em>Die Hard <\/em>and <em>Little Monsters<\/em>. He died from complications from diabetes on June 12. He also wrote Resnais&#8217;s <em>Love Unto Death<\/em> and <em>Life Is a Bed of Roses<\/em>, co-wrote a number of Francois Truffaut&#8217;s films, including <em>Jules and Jim<\/em>, <em>The Wild Child<\/em> and <em>The Story of Adele H<\/em>, plus Jean-Luc Godard&#8217;s <em>The Soldiers<\/em> and works by Jacques Rivette, Roberto Rossellini and Chantal Akerman. He died on June 8. She died on June 12. He died from pancreatic cancer on June 9.
