At One Lakes Edge, the luxury apartments inside the mixed-use development, some residents will be able to see and hear the comings and goings at the entertainment venue.  Since the apartments opened two months ago, its 33 percent leased.  Anywhere you go for live entertainment, great food and a view, you end up waiting for hours, and our residents can just sit on their balconies or on the lake all in the convenience of their home, said Crystal Bledsoe, the apartment manager at One Lakes Edge.
