Estimates are that almost 2 billion people will watch the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton. One of those viewers will be \"\"<\/a>President Barack Obama, who will not be receiving an invitation to attend the wedding in person. Former Prime Ministers Tony Blair and Gordon Brown were also left off the guest list. While spokespersons for the royal family were quick to explain that these were not meant as snubs, \u00a0they will surely be viewed as such by many observers. There will be over 1,900 in attendance at Westminster Abbey and two other former Prime Ministers who were representatives of the Conservative Party were invited. The spokesperson pointed out that this is not a state occasion and that Prince William is not the heir apparent to the throne, he is currently second in line. Royals from over 40 countries will be in the church as will the leaders of many leaders of the Commonwealth. Some world leaders that did receive invitation have caused controversy due to their poor human rights record.
