In 2003 the baseball player made statements that he was  deceived into taking steroids by his trainer. However, prosecutors are  reporting that Bonds was aware that the supposed flaxseed oil was  performance enhancing drugs.<\/p>\n<p>Bonds is also accused of lying when asked about injections that his  trainer was giving him. The federal prosecutor for the case is asking  the jury to find the home-run superstar guilty of lying.<\/p>\n<p>Bonds\u2019 prior girlfriend was brought in to testify about changes she had  observed in the baseball player during that time. She stated that he  suffered from mood swings, hair loss and acne.
