It would become the  largest mobile phone company in America. Deutsche Telekom AG executive  board would become part of the AT&amp;T merger and claim an 8% stake in  the company.<\/p>\n<p>AT&amp;T would acquire 34 million T-Mobile clients which surpasses the  Verizon Wireless customer base. It will be easy for AT&amp;T to  integrate T-Mobile operation since their services have similarities.<\/p>\n<p>One move AT&amp;T will make is to roll out its high speed wireless  network to as many as 46.5 million people. This will help in achieving  the FCC&#8217;s goal of making broadband more widely available to the public.  This roll out is called Long-Term Evolution or LTE. We will see what  happens in regards to anti-trust issues this deal will create.
