She  cracked open her checkbook earlier Thursday and donated $1 million to  the Red Cross. So far, it is the biggest single donation by a Hollywood  star.<\/p>\n<p>As previously stated, there are many stars helping out. Katy Perry is  donating proceeds on the sales of her glow sticks during her concerts.  Hollywood&#8217;s newest &#8220;slip-up&#8221; Charlie Sheen is donating $1 per ticket on  his upcoming live shows. All of this after the Walt Disney Company  donated a whopping $2.5 million to the Red Cross and said they would  match their employee&#8217;s donations up to another million.
