Lohan&#8217;s lawyer has confirmed that propositions for a  plea bargain are up in the air. It is uncertain whether they will be  accepted or not.<\/p>\n<p>Although her lawyer would rather her client avoid jail time by pleading  no contest, LA Judge Keith Schwartz has been adamant that she does not  have such a choice. He is also quite surprised that news that he felt  was confidential has leaked rather quickly to the media.<\/p>\n<p>Schwartz has also claimed that the defense has additional evidence that  it could potentially give in court.
