Located in China it focuses on selling advanced  products and technologies geared at the collection, storage and  transfusion of blood. The new companies name will be Fenwal Jingjing  Medical Technologies Ltd.<\/p>\n<p>Fenwal brings to the venture its leadership history in blood  technologies all over; while Golden Meditech is China\u2019s leader in  cord-blood banking services along with manufacturing and distribution.  Offices will be located in Shanghai and Beijing. The Fenwal Amicus\u00ae  blood-cell separator and the 3000H plasma exchange system will be sold  and distributed at the beginning. Affiliated equipment and medical  appurtenances are distributed to various blood banks and hospitals as  well.
