Last month an Italian pro bicyclist was killed during training after a van crashed into him in Italy.<\/p>\n<p>And on May 9, Tour de France winner Chris Froome <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/chrisfroome\/status\/861860980430696448\">tweeted<\/a> that he was &#8220;rammed on purpose,&#8221; while cycling in France.
