One employee even organized the purchase of 7.2 grams of cocaine. Nevada regulators fined the resort over half a million dollars, the largest penalty in state history for a drug violation. Undercover investigations and interviews with present and past Hard Rock employees exposed an underground drug trade that lived up to the property\u2019s sex, drugs and rock \u2019n\u2019 roll image.<\/div>\n<p><\/b><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\">Although it seems the Hard Rock casino got off easier than one would think, \u00a0the casino&#8217;s gaming license, which could of been lost, was spared. Still, it serves as a warning for the gaming industry.\u00a0Gaming authority didn&#8217;t shut down the Hard Rock or ask for a management change.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><\/b><\/p>\n<div>Closing casinos could damage the state&#8217;s commercial-friendly appearance.
