Just days after Samsung was sued by Apple, Samsung has filed a lawsuit against Apple. Both suits are over patent rights violations.

Samsung is now saying that Apple is in violation of ten computer and smartphone patents. The lawsuit by Samsung has been filed in Tokyo, Seoul and Germany.

It was only days ago that Apple filed suit in a California court alleging that the Samsung Galaxy line of tablet computers and smart phones are in violation of patents held by the iPad and Iphone.

In recent years more and more technology companies have been involved in patent suits to protect their intellectual property. Companies such as Microsoft, HTC CORP and NOKIA CORP have all been involved in patent suits in recent years. These lawsuits have been filed in countries all over the world.

Samsung and Apple seem to be in for a long, drawn out battle in courtrooms across the globe.
