On Monday The President of The United States addressed the nation. The speech was held at The National Defense University. President Barack Obama was going to explain his military actions regarding Lybia to the public.

Obama has been being slammed for months now by both right and left wing parties. In a speech that could have won back some supporters, Obama might not of delivered what everyone wanted to hear.  On outside appearances Obama has entered the country into an illegal war, and did so without consent of the congress. His speech did address the fact the NATO has taken over command of the operation. This has also sparked outcry and ridicule from the public, who does not agree with handing over command of American troops.
