GXG Markets: Is this Corporate Bully Finally Dead?

Associated News (AN)

The Channel Islands Securities Exchange (CISE) announced yesterday July 31, 2015, that they would not be acquiring the GXG Markets after all. (http://www.cisx.com/content.php?pageid=736).GXG Markets

This comes only days after my latest article in a series of articles pointing out the lying, misrepresentation, and bullying tactics of the GXG Markets and particularly their compliance officer, Martin Frey Olesen.

In my last article on July 25th, I questioned:

“The question is now whether the CISE will take responsibility to right the wrongs created by Corporate Bully, GXG Markets, or will they continue the bullying tactics and/or ignore the lying and deceitful actions of its predecessor?”

Perhaps the CISE read my article and got alerted to the situation with this Corporate Bully, or perhaps they found out about the GXG Markets’ lies and deceitful tactics on their own, in any event they state in their press release:

Fiona Le Poidevin, Chief Executive Officer of the CISE, said: “The deal had reached offer stage but, following extensive due diligence procedures, the decision has been made by the CISE not to proceed.”

Now, why wouldn’t a legitimate and fair exchange pass due diligence? Well, if you have read my previous articles on the GXG Markets you would know that under compliance officer Martin Frey Olesen, the GXG Markets became questionably legitimate and certainly not fair:

I hope this is an end to it. This Corporate Bully needs to die. The question now is, “Will there be justice for the many companies and participants who have been damaged by the false promises and lies and deceit of the GXG Markets?” If these companies and other participants were to be fair they would seek justice and file some sort of class action suit against the GXG Markets and its perpetrators of injustice such as Martin Frey Olesen. But perhaps if GXG Markets and Martin Frey Olesen are lucky, the harmed companies and participants will not be as vengeful as GXG Markets and Martin Frey Olesen were. But if these companies were, it certainly would be understandable.

Do you know of a corporate bully? We love helping take down corporate bullies such as GXG Markets. If you know of one, I would like to hear from you. Maybe we can help.
