Alloy Entertainment and Oxygen Media announced two key hires today.
GinaGirolamois returning toAlloy to head up television operations as senior vp of televisionproduction and development, while Oxygen is adding Benny Reuven as vp of development.
Girolamo rejoins Alloy fromWorking Title Films, where she was theexecutive vp of televisionresponsible for building the companys development slate and focusing on premium cable and digital platforms. During her previous three years as the head of television at Alloy, she executive produced eight projects to pilot and series includingThe Lying Game, The Nine Lives of Chloe King,The Secret Circle,How to Rock,666 Park Avenue,The 100andTheOriginals. Girolamowas also vp of development at NBC for a time, where she developed several of thenetworks comedy hits includingMy Name is Earl and 30 Rock.
Reuven, meanwhile, is charged with continuing to develop lifestyle programming that speaks to the passions and interests of Oxygens young multicultural female audience.Based in Los Angeles, he will report to senior vp of development and international Cori Abraham.Reuven joins the network from Wilshire Studios, where he served as vp of development and programming.

With over twelve years of producing experience,Reuvenhas developed and produced content for many broadcast and major cable networks includingChef Wanted,Farmer Wants a Wife,Kid Nation,Miami Ink,Trading SpousesandKidnapped By The Kids. Hepreviously founded 3RB Entertainment, where he led the development team and production. Reuven also launched a US office for UK-based Love Productions, developing original content and adaptations for various formats. Additionally, he spent two years at the Oprah Winfrey Network as a programming and development executive who played an integral role in the networks launch.
