They announced today that a dividend of $1.0675 per Cumulative Redeemable Series C preferred share will be paid to all shareholders who have shares by March 15, 2011 on March 31, 2011. Series C preferred share dividends are paid out quarterly at an annual rate of $4.27 per share.

ProLogis will also give a dividend of $0.4219 per Cumulative Redeemable Series F preferred share will be paid to all shareholders who have shares by March 15, 2011 on March 31, 2011. Series F preferred share dividends are paid out quarterly at an annual rate of $1.6875 per share.

Lastly, ProLogis will give a dividend of $0.4219 per Cumulative Redeemable Series G preferred share will be paid to all shareholders who have shares by March 15, 2011 on March 31, 2011. Series G preferred share dividends are paid out quarterly at an annual rate of $1.6875 per share.
