Green notes If plants had voices, what would they sing? How often weve pondered that question. Well, the theatrical troupe Bearded Ladies provides an answer, in cabaret form, in the show Bitter Homes and Gardens: A Botanical Hoe-Down. The show goes on at 2 and 6 pm Sunday at the PHS Pop- Up Garden, Ninth and Wharton Streets, and continues with shows at 6 pm Tuesday through Saturday. Tickets are $20. Call 215-802-1105. (It then shifts to the garden at 15th and South, with shows at 6 pm July 14-19, and an added show at 2 pm July 18.)

Shape of things The Philadelphia Sculptors exhibition 5 into 1 features artists from a quintet of area college art programs. The show is at the Galleries at Moore College of Art and Design, 20th Street and the Parkway, 11 am to 5 pm Mondays though Saturdays to July 25. Admission is free.
