Comic books lovers will be in their element this summer when one of the greatest Marvel heroes of all time debuts his first film. Captain America will appear donned in red, white and blue in his own movie “Captain America: The First Avenger”.

This movie is said to be packed full of action and plenty of it will take place on the battlefield. The movie will start off with the top secret military experiment that turns this ordinary man into a superhero. This superhuman soldier will fight to the end for justice and freedom.

It just so happens that the first Captain America comic book debuted on the news stands 70 years ago. There’s no better time to bring him to life on screen for enthusiasts all over the world. The Captain will face some stiff competition, because Thor, X-Men and Green Lantern are also releasing their new movies this summer.
